Christmas Open House
Come take in all the sights and sounds of Hope Plantation decorated for the Christmas season. The Hope Mansion, King-Bazemore House, and Roanoke-Chowan Heritage Center will all be decorated for the season.
Live music.
Light refreshments.
Horse-drawn carriage and wagon rides for all ages.
Miniature horses will be on display.
This event is free and open to the public. However, donations are appreciated.
Wreath Making Workshop
The Bertie County Master Gardeners in conjunction with Historic Hope Plantation will hold a Christmas wreath making workshop and suet making demonstration on November 29. The workshop will be held in the Tyler Room in the Roanoke-Chowan Heritage Center from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Participation is limited to 30 individuals. Please make your reservation today by calling Hope Plantation (252-794-3140) or by sending a check payable to Bertie County Master Gardeners to Historic Hope Plantation, 132 Hope House Road, Windsor, NC 27983.
