We are thrilled to announce that we are having the Elizabeth Stevenson Ives Lecture on Saturday, October 8th presented by Andrew Ownbey. This year’s presentation is “Cellarettes – A Toast to a Southern Tradition”.
Lecture Schedule:
10:00 am – Registration & Coffee in the Roanoke-Chowan Heritage Center
10:30 am to 12:30 pm – “Cellarettes: A Toast to a Southern Tradition” presented by Andrew Ownbey of Longleaf Antiques
12:30 pm to 1:15 pm – Lunch in the John E. Tyler Room
1:15 pm to 3:30 pm – Q & A Session with a walk through Hope Mansion and King-Bazemore House
Please register and pay no later than Saturday, October 1st. You can register and pay by calling 252-794-3140. The cost is $40 per person and includes Lunch and a Tour. Our office hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30 am until 3:30 pm. If you call at other times, please leave a message and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
