Retired Federal Judge Roy L Roulhac is an Author, Genealogist, and Real Estate Investor in Detroit, Michigan. Judge Roulhac’s first presentation is based on his book, Slave Genealogy of the Roulhac Family: French Masters and the Africans They Enslaved. His second presentation describes the Roulhac Family Association and how to create a surname association. |

Marvin T. Jones, BFA, is Executive Director of the Chowan Discovery Group (CDG) whose purpose is to research, document, preserve and present the history of the Winton Triangle (Winton-Cofield-Ahoskie) Community in North Carolina. Jones will discuss family histories in the Roanoke Chowan areas where people maintain a distinctive identity rooted in Native American, European, and African ancestry. |
